Our services include the following: Database Recruitment:Since we understand the need for a vital, dedicated and productive workforce, we visit our clients personally to assess their exact needs as to the job description and the best personality mix. The employer completes a job specification form to ensure that all job requirements are met. Should we feel the need, we advertise for a specific position at our own cost, providing that we would be granted the exclusive rights to the position. The employer will receive professional CV's of short listed applicants only, inclusive of referenced reports. We arrange interviews with the applicant/s on behalf of the employer at times that suit both parties best. A basic contract of employment can be provided on request at an extra charge. Assignment Recruitment:The cheaper, but lengthier option: We quote in advance for services to be rendered in order to assist our clients in recruiting the ideal employee/s. The Process:
Only some of these steps could be used and will be quoted on, depending on the client's exact needs and budget. Temporary Placements:We aim to build a relationship with our temporary applicants and obtain their trust, loyalty and commitment, not only to Career Options, but also to all employers. Applicants are screened and reference checks are done. The employer will receive documentation on short listed applicant/s only. Guarantee:A money back guarantee applies to permanent positions. Career Options undertake to refund the amount paid by the employer in the event of our applicant leaving the company within three months from commencement, providing the fee is paid as stipulated. An amount equal to the temporary fee for period worked will be deducted from the fee paid. Fees:In the event of our applicant being successful, the following fees will be charged: Permanent Positions: A standard professional fee equal to 8% (excl. 15% VAT) of the applicant's annual remuneration package will be applicable, payable by the employer. The amount is payable within 10 days from invoice date. Should the annual package include commission, either 100% of the basic salary will be added for invoice purposes or the client has to provide an estimated amount that could be earned. Temporary Positions: A standard professional fee equal to 20% of the applicant's monthly or hourly rate will be applicable. This amount is payable monthly by the employer for the duration of the applicant's employment at their company. The minimum fee that will be charged , is N$115-00, irrespective of the amount paid to the applicant's. The client pays the applicant directly. Terms & Conditions:All information relating to applicants are strictly confidential and should be treated as such. If a specific person has already applied for the same position, or whether he/she has been presented by another Employment Agency, then and in such an event, the employer must notify Career Options within 24 hours after receiving the applicant's CV. Should an employer neglect to inform us, the applicant will be considered as been presented by Career Options and our standard recruitment fee will be applicable. The employer must inform us within 24 hours after having decided to employ our applicant so that he/she can be withdrawn from our database. Our standard fee will be applicable, should an applicant accept employment with an employer within 12 months after been introduced to them by Career Options, irrespective of the position. Interest will be charged after 30 days from commencement date. Fees and terms are however negotiable in advance.
